  Thank you Shari!!! Shari is a great life coach. She listens and doesn’t judge. I remember saying to her “oh I know I already told you this but I have to say it again”. And yes again, I told the same story until I was tired of talking about it. She was great, she said “keep telling me”. Eventually all those stories were told a million times and now I am done talking about them. I always highly recommend Shari. Our society has a lot of people that need someone to listen to them. Thank you again "I will be back"!!!!!

  I feel very lucky that Shari has come into my life. We met at a difficult time for me and her guidance and support have been, and continue to be, incredibly helpful. She has a wide knowledge and variety of insightful books, web sites, and pod casts to help reinforce what is discussed one-on-one. Always very reassuring and personable, her smile and quiet tone send me off refreshed and feeling good. She’s just the best!

  Shari is absolutely so amazing!! She listens to me and does not judge me for my feelings. She understands my emotions and lets me cry !! She also knows how trauma can affect my life and how it’s ok to feel what I am feeling !!
