(November 18, 2022, 1:50 am)Old school, hard core gym! Equipment from the golden age of lifting and iron plates that still say made in the USA! It is a step back in time. Do not expect Planet Fitness, expect a lifting gym. The sauna and pool are a nice touch, but it is a gym for body builders and lifters! Scream that light weight baby all you want.

(July 21, 2022, 2:14 pm)This place is awesome. The equipment is old, this isn't some fancy new gym, but it doesn't have to be in order to be good and get the job done. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The water jets will massage your back, and the sauna is hot. This gym has all the equipment you could possibly need to get jacked. Don't pay attention to the other reviews on Google. Those people are stuck up and like to complain about everything.
