  I think it was close to 20 years in between visits to Shakey Jakes. Stopped in to pick up some wings and a sandwich. Bar was lively, customers and employees friendly and having a good time. Had a beer while waiting for food, got to talk to some local folks. Found out they sell their own hot sauce, a nice little habanero deal. Picked up a bottle, always on the look-out for new hot sauces. The French dip was good as were the wings, I'd definitely get both again.

  Best service ever. Bartender service above average and cordial. Food was decent but will try again. Wings good and fish platter decent. Interested in the raw bar and cocktails. Will surely go back.

  This is a complete dive bar but completely surprised me with a pretty professional
  Rueben sandwich. They also do a delicious shrimp Po boy. Super friendly people. Typical bar drinks and atmosphere.
