  We found our home even though the market was scarce. Shaista showed us many homes and had very detailed insights. She went above and beyond and made the buying process very smooth. This was our first home and her knowledge on the home buying process made it easier than we could have ever imagined. She even held our baby while we signed the seemingly endless number of documents during closing! God bless her and her family. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the industry and has enough patience to help you out through the whole process this is the person your looking for.

  Shaista was so incredible to work with in finding our first home! We were working with a tight time constraint and with her guidance and flexibility with our schedules, we were able to not only have our offer accepted for the home we bought, but also for two other homes we put offers on! In the market we were working with, that was such a huge deal and we owe it to Shaista’s expertise and thorough research. From day 1 of our search to the day we moved in, Shaista held our hands throughout and made the idea of buying a house in a seller’s market less terrifying.

  Working with Shaista to buy our first home was the best decision we made! Shaista was professional, understanding, and she accommodated each one of our requests.
  
  Throughout the whole process, I never felt like Shaista was pushy or focused on closing a deal. She put our needs first and made sure to educate us throughout the whole process. Anytime we had a question, she would lay out and explain all different different possibilities and allow us to make our own decisions.
  
  Even at our final walk through, we came across an issue and she was 100% ok with us backing out if need be. We chose to work through the issue and she helped us with every step of the way to resolve it. She even followed up with us after closing to make sure we weren’t running into any problems. I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor! Thank you Shaista for making our experience so smooth and amazing.

  Shaista is a Hard Working and Talented Realtor, who cares about your Needs and Wants and looks for the most suitable property for you. I worked with many different Realtors and Agents but I didn’t find anyone so Willing and Keen. I bought my first house ever through Shaista and I will continue to work with her in the future.

  Shaista was our realtor for my husband and I. We were first time home buyers so this process can be overwhelming and a lot of unknowns. Shaista reassured us she would carefully walk us through this process giving support with each step. I felt comfortable texting and calling her at all hours of the day and weekends to ask questions. I would 100% recommend her to all buyers especially first time home buyers looking for someone who will educate, support, and communicate every detail to you from start to finish!
