  Outstanding and so delicious! We learned about Sfoglini Cascatelli when we had the pleasure of listening to the podcast with our daughter while driving from Denver to Telluride during the holidays in 2021. We were excited to finally get to try Cascatelli and it was outstanding! The way the pasta held its shape was remarkable and the taste was yummalicious! We recently were visiting Colorado again and our daughter gifted us some new Sfoglini pasta boxes. Tonight we made Vesuvio….such a fun fun fun shape! It’s like a spiral volcano and it too did not disappoint. We enjoyed it even plain as the pasta is delicious and holds its amazing shape! Can’t wait to try quattronini next!!! Thanks Dan! You’re certainly the man! Your family must be so proud of this Sfoglini!!!!

  Tonight we had the Cascatelli pasta!
  My wife made Chicken Cacciatore with Cascatelli Alfredo!
  
  If you have not had this pasta, then your missing out on a blish that must be heaven!
  
  It was a long wait to get the pasta, but it has proven to be well worth it..

  Good pasta severely overpriced. DeCecco, Del Verde and La Molisana are the real thing Sfoglini is attempting to imitate, and with some success, albeit at a lofty price point.
  If you have the money and don't cook store bought pasta that often Sfoglini will impress your guests...
  If your guests know food and value value, don't bother.
