Incredible atmosphere! Incredible people! Amazing coaches!! SETS is an awesome place to train and reach your fitness goals and have fun while doing it!! Coach Ryan, Coach Will, and Coach Dennis are extremely knowledgeable and push you to give it your all every workout!! If your new to fitness or if you need to change up your routine… highly recommend SETS of Old Bridge!!
The coaches are super motivating & the style of the class always varies, motivating me to come back for more! Classes are ALWAYS challenging in the best possible way! The community feeling at SETS is like no other gym or fitness center I've ever belonged to. This type of environment really helps me to push myself harder and not only set new goals but reach them! SETS is the best :)
I've been a member at SETS for a year and have been going 4-5 times a week. It's a great workout and I love how everyone motivates each other. It's also a fun environment and has definitely helped me reach my fitness goals! I really appreciate how each workout is different everyday. The coaches are always in great spirits and have amazing energy everyday. Definitely recommend this gym!!
SETS is the best gym I’ve ever been to, I can honestly say I finally love working out! The gym is clean, they have great equipment and you will not get bored with the workouts (I’m over 200 classes in!) The trainers are fantastic! They are professional, helpful and provide us with structured workouts every day. The atmosphere they have created feeds off to every person who enters the gym daily. Everyone supports one another to push themselves to the next level. I would highly recommend!
