  I had a serious flood and I am so appreciative that Servpro of Bordentown was there for me. They calmed me down from the second I spoke to them and I will be forever grateful!! Ruben was the leader of the team inside of my home and you are lucky to have him! He made 100% sure all of my belongings were handled with care and his professionalism is unmatched. I spoke to Casey on the phone several times and she handled my situation with so much care. I truly am grateful Servpro of Bordentown was there for me when I needed help. Thank you all !!!!!

  ServPro of Bordentown, specifically Brian and his team are absolutely wonderful! To give a little background, I had a failed mold restoration. The first company did not encapsulate the Stachy mold correctly and it actually was pushed through the house. My children and I became severely symptomatic and my daughter was even hospitalized.
  
  Servpro came in and correctly quarantined the area and went above and beyond and checked and covered every single register. I was given daily updates about job progress and they were extremely professional and timely.
  
  Not only did they clear the entire house of mold, they gave me piece of mind to be able to move my children back into the the home. (we were staying a hotel)
  Being able to know that my children’s health was no longer at risk gave me so much comfort.
  
  I can’t thank Brian and his team enough for everything they did! They are absolutely fantastic to work with!!!!

  What an excellent company. We had a mini water disaster happen, and our insurer recommended this company. So glad I listened (for this, anyway).
  
  The crew is amazing. They handle stressed homeowners with patience, sensitivity and empathy. Polite and professional. Truly, I did not expect that, and it was a pleasant surprise. What set them apart was consistent, daily communication and telling us what was going to happen that day. That was excellent.
  
  HUGE shout out to Steve, Brian and Xavier. They did an outstanding job. I recommend ServPro without reservation.

  Fabulous customer service. Crew was responsive, hardworking and communicative. Do NOT wait for your insurance company to send an adjuster if you get water in your basement. Call these guys in immediately, avoid any mold issues and submit the claim during or after. Recommending them to everyone I know.

  This company provides exceptional service from Casey in the office, Steve the first responder, then Crew Chief Ruben. They responded immediately to our call. Everyone was caring and considerate of the stress we were under. They clearly explained what was needed, moved the furniture, cleared the damage and when they found more in the walls than initially suspected, they just handled it. Ruben and crew, Mike, Brandon and Ty, were professional, pleasant, efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked directly and seamlessly with our homeowners insurance. All the stress and worry was immediately lifted. While I hope I never need their services again, I will definitely call them immediately should disaster ever strike again.
