  One of Somer's Points best little secrets. Tucked away is this charming spa with amazing facials and massages. I have never been disappointed.

  My girlfriend and I were in the Ocean City area this weekend and wanted to get facials to culminate the awesome trip we had. When we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly receptionist as well as some fresh appealing scents that circulated from the entrance throughout the other rooms. We got the Purity Facial back to back and had the same esthetician. Our service at first was calming and we were greeted in a very friendly way by her. However as I got settled in, I noticed that in both of our sessions- my girlfriend and I were heavily asked a series of questions that felt very personal and uncomfortable. I don't mind answering questions that are appropriate towards the service I am getting such as "what are your skin needs?" "Are you comfortable in the room?" Etc. But, to continue asking the customer interrogative questions about their personal life is uncalled for.
  
  I appreciate a friendly professional who will be touching my face, but I am also paying for a service where I would like to feel relaxed and not be spoken to- not in a position where I have to speak and keep conversations going. This is my time and our first time here and wanted to just relax and be at peace before my 2 hour road trip back home. It was not enjoyable although I loved my face afterwards.
  
  The other thing too, I know car alarms accidentally go off. I didn't realize that the button was accidentally pressed when I got the facial done. It was brought to my attention by my girlfriend that our esthetician kept bringing up how embarrassing it was for my car alarm to go off. I am unsettled by this and find it very unprofessional for someone at her age to conduct herself in such a way.
  
  I thought I would make this my place every time I come to OC, but it looks like that may not be the case. I also don't appreciate pushy people demanding I leave reviews to benefit their own gain. I leave reviews willingly when I feel the service exceeded expectations and made me feel like a welcomed customer.
  
  I find all of these above reasons to be legitimate concerns and to hopefully be received in a way where it's coming from a good place.
