  Hello.
  We spoke with your Medicaid specialist Joanne Wallace this morning, seeking guidance. I am writing you this morning to let you know that Joanne was very very helpful, going above and beyond to explain every detail to the fullest. Too many times excellent workers go unrecognized and we want to be sure that that is not the case with Ms Wallace.

  My mother is a dementia patient and I needed to apply for Medicaid for her with absolutely no knowledge of the process. I was referred to Senior Solutions of Long Island, Inc. by a well respected elder attorney I dealt with in the past when we drew up moms will and Health Care Proxy. All I can say is thank goodness for Joanne at Senior Solutions of Long Island, Inc. She is a wealth of information and held my hand through this very involved process ultimately getting my mother the approval needed for Medicaid. Joanne took my calls at all times of the day and was very quick to respond to messages left for her. She answered all of my questions with professionalism and patience. I cant say enough good things about her and what she has done to make a very difficult time that much easier for my family. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is about to apply for Medicaid. You wont be sorry!

  Hi my name is Kim I live in Smithtown NY. I turned 65 in Nov. and my head has been full so much info going on to Medicare and trying to get Medicaid. I read I googled I called hardly anyone called back. I called Senior Soultions of Long Island a messenger answered and told me someone would call back. Well under a hour Joanne called me I was on my way to a appointment and asked if I could call her back. She said yes so we did. She simplified info on the phone answered all our questions we took her advice and my stress left. Thank you Joanne you really helped us.
