  Working with Tatiana of Self- Image Med spa was absolutely wonderful. Her space was clean, smelled amazing, and had a wonderful ambiance. Tatiana is meticulous, gentle, and very informative. This was my first experience at Self image and I will Certainly be back!

  Tatiana is a very gracious, knowledgeable and talented individual. When i first met with her my skin was screaming for help. She took time to sit down with me and explained step by step what and how I need to care for my face. She recommended care products which were spot on what I needed for my face. Over a short period of time while using her products my acne clered 95% and my skin became soft and more glowing. I cannot thank her enough for her time and service. She not only changed my face but also my life and confidence.

  I've been getting dysport/boxtox for over ten years and am nearing the mid-40s. My requirements for an injector include but not limited to, a person (Tatiana) not a place of business and that I can't tell their age. These two things tell me that they care about the level of service and they know what good results look like. The first injector I went to was a facial plastic surgeon. After a couple years I tried my esthetician's nurse, however it's a hike to get to and from. I happily found Tatiana who's much closer to me. She's perfect, knowledgable, takes her time, super friendly and truly cares about your results. I am thrilled to have found her, highly recommend, and will be going back. Thank you Tatiana! Stop reading and go, you won't be disappointed :)

  After doing lots of research I finally decided to do some procedures on my face. This is my first time getting fillers done and Botox and I am very happy with the results.
  Tatiana is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure you comfortable each & every time you there. Tatiana is honest and will tell you what you need and what you don’t need and what results u can expect. She is a true professional and joy to spend time with.
  Very clean and professional environment her office is located in a great location in Farmington with convenient parking.
  Over all a 5 star experience. I will definitely keep going back and recommend Tatiana to my family and friends.

  I was nervous to get any kind of procedures to my face, but as I age I know it will make me feel better about my appearance and boost my confidence.
  Tatiana is very knowledgeable about Botox, filler, pain management (there was zero pain with Tatiana-she’s that good), and adding just enough enhancement to make it look natural and youthful. Tatiana took her time and checked in with me while telling me what she was doing every step of the way. I am over the moon with the results and highly recommend seeing Tatiana if you want to turn the clock back and just feel refreshed. Everyone who knows me has commented on my appearance and asked for Tatiana’s info. I can’t recommend her enough!
