Self Defense 4 ALL - KRAV MAGA

Goncalo’ is an instructor that really knows and understands his craft. Your able to feel his passion for self defense in all of his classes. If your looking to understand the basics or even advance in your martial arts journey I would really recommend to come to his class and feel it for yourself.

I have been training here for more than three years and I love it. Not only have I made a life long friendship with my trainer Gonçalo, I also found an awesome and inspiring family and home here. I have learned a lot. We are a great group of people coming together with the same mission and goals to create a safer community and inspire and train others to do the same.

I signed up for this course to see if i would like it. I can tell u i absolutely love it. It makes u think, is a great workout for body and mind. Goncalo makes the classes fun and they are always practical. The class is a mixture of all ages and proficiency levels, so do not let age or knowledge scare u off. I look forward to every class, so much fun. Take the introductory class and see what u think.

Have been training with Goncalo for several months. 40+ dad and 9yr son. The physical conditioning, situational awareness, and defensive techniques have been an amazing bonding and confidence building experience for us both.

I cannot recommend his program strongly enough. Goncalo’s passion for his art and willingness to accommodate our specific scheduling/training needs is unprecedented.

Goncalo is an amazing instructor. Myself (48) and my son (14) have been taking private lessons together for a couple months now and it has been tremendous. Great way to get in shape and learn practical, real world self defense. I cannot more highly recommend.
