(July 30, 2023, 8:38 pm)I lived in sea aire apartments 2010-2023, I just moved out. There as been a very high change over with the management staff, since I've been there I've seen probably 5 or 6 different managers. As for now, Alexandra S is really good. Every single email, and call she has returned. Maintance is very good ( Fernando) is the best! I'd still live there but the price increases each year was to much, this last increase was to high so I had to move. I do recommend this property to anyone looking, it's kept clean, maintenance is great and office staff were caring.

(July 7, 2023, 4:02 pm)I have never had a bad experience with the maintenance crew at Sea Aire. All of the maintenance workers have always been prompt, polite and very friendly. I haven’t needed much in the 6 tears I have lived here, but on the few occasions I have never had a problem that wasn’t corrected. Sea Aire is a wonderful location and to date, no problems!! The office personnel are very kind and patient and are ready to answer any questions.
