  Started at Sculpt in May after losing 90lbs and wanted to focus on building my strength and muscle while having little knowledge on how to achieve that. Thankfully, this ended up being the perfect fit for me.
  There was a wide range of skill levels so I never felt left out. The trainers that helped me during the Semi-Private sessions were all excellent and very informative. Kayla and Justin were my personal favorites. Justin especially went well out of his way to make sure my form was right, and adjusted certain exercises to help me get a better range of motion considering I am very tall. There was a lot of different exercises that I was able to do that will help me build strength and better perform tasks throughout life.
  The only thing I would change would be that it got very hot and humid during some of the sessions and I could feel my performance falling at times. I strongly recommend installing more fans/AC as it would make a huge difference, and maybe a cold towel cooler would be an interesting addition.
  I am going back to university with a ton of valuable lessons that I learned that is going to continue and help my journey. I look forward to coming back when I am home again!

  I have been working out with Justin for almost 3 months now.
  I have reduced my BMI, lost weight, gained muscle mass and am overall stronger and more confident. Justin pays special attention to mechanics and safety while challenging and motivating me with a variety of exercises. Justin and Sculpt Fitness continue to be a great environment for me on my health and fitness journey.

  This is a great place that focuses on doing things the right way, and doing what make sense for you, your body and your goals. I appreciated the intake process where they get to know you and your goals. Never feel like I'm doing exercises just to do them, they each have a purpose. There is a clear foundation and process to ensure your mechanics are right. I felt very empowered by the things I realized I could do there, that I most definitely wouldn't have done on my own. The nutrition side is also very helpful as they have an app where you can track your food and discuss with them. Also love the weigh-ins that give more info than just your weight (body fat, mass, water, etc). Great environment and great people, highly recommend.

  I truly enjoyed my time working out at Sculpt Fitness with Ben and his staff. It helped me with a needed push to expand my fitness journey. I gained a ton of knowledge and a ton of muscle!! I would seriously recommend Sculpt if you want to take your journey to the next level.

  Sculpt fitness in Farmington is such an encouraging place. Every one of the trainers is dedicated to helping you achieve YOUR goals. They understand health and approach it in the most thorough and positive way possible. It’s more than weight loss. It’s about mental and physical strength. Whatever your mind, body, and spirit need, sculpt fitness is there to support you. I have never felt more comfortable or safe in a gym environment. Personal training is the absolute best! Their trainers are completely invested in your success and it shows.
