  Booked a two person spa package for my best friends 30th and this was the best! Facial, massage, pedi and mani. They were professional, nice, personable and great at what they do!
  
  On top of it, the massage relieved the hip / back pain I was getting. The next morning I woke up in way less pain, definitely going back!

  Just received a “deep tissue massage”. I filled out the form stating my lower back needs to be addressed and it wasn’t even touched. The masseuse was very nice but I would not have classified that as a deep tissue. It was essentially a rub down with lotion. No pressure was provided and no muscles were worked out. I get a massage at least twice a year but this was my first experience at this location. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. If you’re looking for a a light touch massage, more of a Swedish, then go for it but don’t expect much more. Two stars just because they were very nice women who worked there.
  
  Edit: after reading this review, the owner personally mailed a gift certificate to cover another massage in hopes I would have a better experience. I was finally able to schedule another massage and had a fantastic experience. I received a deep tissue massage that was perfect pressure! The setting was cozy and relaxing, the masseuse was friendly and attentive. I’ll certainly be returning!

  Husbands treat your wife!! You will not regret it 😁 Lauren (manicure & pedicure) and Mary did my 1 hour massage - best birthday present from hubby!!! This place is a gem in Enfield!! I came out feeling silky smooth and so relaxed 👏👏👏👏 great spa!!! Will be coming again for sure!!

  Really great manicure here last week. Although I wish there were some relaxing music or something, the manicurist was polite, and lovely and my nails looked great.
  I’d also like to thank Jen for taking the time out of her I’m sure, extremely busy day, to show me the facial rooms, talk about products, introduce me to staff, and help me in my journey to find a new spa home. After a not so great experience at a different spa- with a facial recently, I have been reluctant to attempt another. Jen made me feel completely at ease about booking at Scruples… I will be booking with her very soon! Thank you Jen and everyone who made my day.

  This is my first time at Scruples. How have I not come here before? What a beautiful place. The owner, Crystal, is a gem! The surroundings are so elegant and charming. I had a relaxing therapeutic massage. My therapist, Meilani, was delightful. I definitely will be back.
