(March 5, 2021, 10:09 am)After being with another insurance for 33 years, I spoke with Scott to get his thoughts on what he could do as far as a competitive price, but also any thoughts on adjustments that could be made based on his experience in the industry.
Scott came through on both accounts. He gave me quotes for both home and auto that were like for like pretty much exactly what I had with the other agency and his rates were significantly lower. He also provide a quote based on his recommendations based on his history and also based on what he personally has. These provide even a deeper discount.
After we received the proposal, we jumped on a call with Scott and his team to walk through all the differences and why he would recommend these, but wasn't pushing a hard sell, just trying to keep us informed. We spent about 40 mins going through everything and finalizing our plan.
We asked next steps moving forward and to our delight he said that they handle everything if we would like. So they contact our current agency and cancel our policy at the same time they start ours. Then work with the Escrow Company and Bank to line up the Home Owners escrow payments.
Needless to say, we are now Scott's customers.
