Then, a few weeks later, they helped us with our current home. Again doing a thorough, professional job. Use them with confidence that they will do a fantastic job. They tell you everything you need to know with honesty and vast experience. -

They were a pleasure to work with. Every aspect of the inspection process, report issuance, and follow-up was thorough, comprehensive, and very helpful to us as prospective buyers. They walked us through the home and explained observations and recommendations to us and reinforced the same in their report. We were under a tight timeline and their ability to schedule the inspection immediately, deliver the report in 24 hours and to be available for follow-up was critical to our ability to move through the negotiation process with pace and peace of mind.

Poised to buy what we suspected was a beautiful new home, Scott and Scott through its diligent and thorough inspection exposed issues which I believe ultimately saved us meaningful sums of money. The report we received was informative and detailed. I will never look at a home the same, and feel better equipped to buy today than I did prior to meeting them. There is no inspection in which I wouldn't ask for their assistance. If you're buying in the area, its in your best interest to give them a call. Thanks Scott and Scott!

(October 20, 2020, 6:15 pm)Scott & Scott were super responsive and quick to set an appointment for a house I’m likely going to buy. They were very professional, thorough (first time buyer) and really patient with my questions. Neil Jr came by the house, earlier than expected but her got right to work. He let me follow him around and ask questions and take notes. I really appreciated him being patient with my questions, as dumb as some were. He understands what the buyer wants and explains it all. Plus, the report turnaround was very quick. Very helpful in my situation. Would recommend hands down!

(December 12, 2019, 1:13 pm)Scott and Scott were amazing to work with. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable throughout the inspection. They provided 'heads up' and insight through each area of our home, not only commenting on inspection results, but giving important insight to proper care and maintenance to our home. They also were sure to point out anything we should note and ask for in closing, such as warranties. It truly felt like they were in our corner and we could not have made a better choice than to work with Scott and Scott.
