More recently, Vivian helped us with a complicated real estate transaction. Throughout the process she was proactive, responsive and most importantly, accurate and effective in her counsel and guidance. She was responsive and timely in her communications and gave clear and precise instructions and recommendations resulting in a (and I don't use this term lightly,) perfect execution of the process and closing.
