  Just moved here a couple months ago from Parsippany. What a place to feel welcomed. Great atmosphere to be in for the first time. My italian wife loves escarole and bean soup, so happy I finally found a place she likes. Ended up picking up a few more things and Anthony and mama threw in several more items, fantastic first visit. Will definitely be back to order more things on the menu. Anyone who wants to try some good italian things I recommend Scala's Deli....

  seriously one of the best experiences ive ever had in a store like this. we came in looking for cannolis and left with pizza cookies on the house. Anthony was super friendly and made us all feel super welcomed. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone. thank u scalas!

  ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PLACE, DELICIOUS FOOD & WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY!!! Anthony is an amazing character, Mama is fantastic, and you'll never leave without eating something as you're walking out the door!! True New York delicatessen & eatery, with all your New York family food FAVORITES!!! Love this place, will ALWAYS make time for Scala's!! Good Eats!!🤩

  Absolutely fantastic experience and great sandwiches and cookies. Wish I took more pics. The hard working gentleman also let us sample some fresh moz.
