I'm an existing patient, so when my 7 year old son needed the attention of a dermatologist, I called my insurance company and had him switched from a pediatric dermatologist, to Saybrook. Why? The entire staff have always been very kind and respectful, even during Covid where everyone were highly stressed and extra cautious, they remained focused, attentive and thorough all while being.vigilant and cautious. African American women are often treated poorly in the Healthcare sector, and I must say I'm very pleased with their "bedside" manners.
When my little one panicked and had to run to the bathroom twice, the nurse was so very patient, kind and gentle with him/us. So happy to say We're already seeing great results on my son's skin in just 2 days after battling with this issue for the past 2 years and 5 doctor visits.

Everyone was so kind! Dermatologist Brittney helped me with various skin problems and explained everything thoroughly. What was nice is that she assured me that she could help me… That felt great to hear!
