  Great Service!!! No BS around. I went in looking for a Dodge Challenger. Not only did they have what I was looking for. But the Sales man named Franco, was professional and courteous. He listened to everything I had to say. He didn't try to upscale me on anything. While every other dealer tried to get me for high down payment. Franco did not. Worked with what I had, and made it happen. I am so happy. Great Service! Highly recommended.

  I’ve had an amazing experience at Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC and would recommend this dealership to anyone (and our salesman George in particular). My wife and I initially went in on a Saturday morning with our two-year-old to look at the Yukon for our soon growing family (my wife was almost 9 months pregnant at the time). George spent a great deal of time with us, walking us through all the details of the Yukon (and helping us decide on the Denali), and was great with my 2-year-old son. George was knowledgeable, professional and beyond courteous (he helped babysit for the couple hours we were at the dealership and showed a ton of patience with my hyper toddler). We concluded this visit by putting a down payment of a Denali that was scheduled to arrive within the month, and it was very smooth and very transparent. A couple of weeks later, my mother-in-law got into an accident and totaled her car (luckily everyone walked away without a scratch). I took her to see George and he immediately got her into a Buick Encore on a great lease deal. We drove off in the car that same day in what was another smooth and very transparent visit. Finally, the day came for me to pick up/ finalize the purchase of the Denali… turns out that on my way to the dealership my wife went into labor and was very quickly progressing! The entire Sawyer Lyons team (Bret the sales manager in particular) worked with extreme urgency to make this the quickest car transaction ever. I was able to purchase the car in record time and drive it home to pick up my wife and head to the hospital in our new family car. George called to check in on my wife and I and has been very personally invested in ensuring everything is good with our new car. This dealership has treated me like a person (and not a number, like many other dealerships) and builds relationships built of transparency & trust. George and Bret are great guys --- and simply put, if you want a Buick or GMC, it is a no brainer to buy it from them!

  I had an excellent experience at Sawyer Lyons. My mom also purchased her car from there and has been insisting I go there as well. The manager Bret was exceptional. He took time to listen to my needs and help me find the perfect car for me and my little one. All of the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I will absolutely be recommending Sawyer Lyons to all of our friends and family. Without hesitation 5 stars!!! Excellent experience from start to finish. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Do yourself the favor and go to Sawyer Lyons!

  I got a 2022 GMC Seirra at Sawyer-Lyons and they made the process amazingly easy. I received such great service from the entire team there and decided to go back and get my wife a 2022 GMC Terrain. I felt like a part of the Sawyer-Lyons family from the moment I walked in the door. Highly recommend going there if you are thinking about getting a car!

  Great service and customer experience. I worked with Nick Cline and he was very helpful with the buying process of a used BMW we purchased last month from this dealership.
  
  I love the fact that as soon as you walk in, there’s a customer bill of rights highlighting your rights as a customer. The transparency at this dealership made it really easy to come to a decision when purchasing this car. All questions asked were answered to the best of Nick’s ability and if he didn’t know he would escalate it to his manager. Even when we walked from the initial offer on the vehicle, Nick and the manager kept it professional.
  
  As for fees, it is expected at a dealership but I found fees to be within reason. Aside from the regular fees (documentation and registration) and taxes, we paid an additional $900 accessories fee. And Nick showed us exactly where that money went to. (Which was towards the reconditioning of the car and maintenance, along with a print out of what work was done by the dealer)
  
  Overall very great experience as a customer.
