Dr. Sawyer was recommended to me by an acquaintance with a child the same age. I am forever grateful for this recommendation.
His office was able to give me a new patient appointment within a week. He confirmed my concerns that my daughter needed tubes. Within 3 weeks, my daughter was in the OR for tubes - other pediatric ENT practices have multi month waits (per friends with babies waiting).
The procedure at CCMC went wonderfully. The staff there was amazing and I was so happy I received a Press Ganey survey on them that I completed.
As for Dr. Sawyer himself - he is funny, pleasant and has a great bedside manner. My daughter fights ANYONE who wants to look in her ears … but not Dr. Sawyer. He’s quick and efficient and explains things in terms easy to understand. His office staff is also very friendly and I had several pleasant phone interactions with them as well. I like that he has multiple office locations. We’ve utilized both the South Windsor and Glastonbury locations - both offices are clean and well kept.
My daughter is now starting to speak better and a little over a month out her ears look amazing!

I have been seeing Dr. Sawyer on and off for years. I think he is amazing. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I work at a hospital he’s associated with and have witnessed him with patients over 30 years. Super sweet, wouldn’t go to anyone else

Went to get my hearing tested and had a great experience. Everyone was very professional and proficient. Dr. Sawyer spent sometime talking to me about some options but didn't pressure me into buying a hearing aid. He was very up front and honest.
