  Had a fantastic experience buying a guitar at Savage Classical Guitar. An impressive collection of guitars which are handled with a lot of care and love and as a result are in excellent condition. I had a very good buying experience, Rich is very professional and provided all the guidance that I needed. Despite being (very) late to my appointment I had all the time that I needed to try several excellent instruments with absolutely no pressure.
  
  Very happy with the purchase and will definitely come back for the next upgrade!

  It was truly a great experience at Savage Classical Guitar. Rich was extremely friendly, patient and helpful, and accompanied me for ~6 hrs with ~10 guitars. He offered valuable opinions yet also gave me plenty of free-playing time and let me choose and decide by myself. I'm perfectly happy with my purchase. For me (a Long Islander) it's a bless to have Rich and Savage Classical Guitar closely nearby.

  I have purchased classical guitars from online sources in the past, but have never had an experience quite like my recent purchase from Savage Classical guitars. The experience of buying a guitar from Savage was an absolute pleasure. The website is comprehensive with complete information about the instrument, tapes and videos of the instrument in action and extensive professional photographs. I had been watching several guitars on the website, and when I was close to making a selection, I called Rich to get more information. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and patient as he answered my list of questions and concerns. I purchased the guitar at a very reasonable price. It was delivered on time, extremely well packaged. I mean the thing could have fallen of the back of a truck and rolled down the hill and not been damaged. Rich also included a little gift bag of guitar accessories which I greatly appreciated. All my future guitar purchases will begin at Savage.

  I just purchased the Kenny Hill Player Spruce Top 640mm with Elevated Fingerboard and Ports from Savage Guitars and it arrived all the way to Europe in perfect condition thanks to Rich's expert care and packing. Rich was very prompt with sending the guitar and he was always very quick to answer my emails. I'm very happy with this guitar and it was perfectly presented on his website. I am also happy with the added accessories which are a very thoughtful addition. Overall, I'm a happy customer and would readily buy another guitar from Savage.
