Excellent gym. All the Coaches know what they are doing and possess real experience. Head Coach/owner Tafari Lawton is an excellent coach that ensures every student corrects any mistakes, while pushing them to reach their potential. I've been going here now for a month and love it. Absolutely no egos, and everyone is there to learn from one another (How real boxing is). If you want to know how to really box, meaning having excellent fundamentals, this is the place. Put in the work and you will see. I recommend for anyone of all ages, experience etc.

Tafari the owner, is actually a client of ours and every time he comes to our showroom at Brown's Janitorial, he seems very insightful and knowledgeable in boxing and self defense. He's a guy who appreciates getting to the point of why you are there and he will aggressively push you into meeting your goals. The process of training is hard, but finding a location with trainers that understand your needs, and push you past your limits is even harder! The Coach's at savage boxing & fitness are relentless. I wouldn't want any better for me or anyone else. The training and learning about protecting yourself is truly bar none. The coach is very relatable he understands empathy but gives no sympathy and that's what's truly needed to get me to the next level. Amazing atmosphere I really recommend to all that want to better themselves and truly learn the art of boxing

Definitely one of the best gyms I have been to. Coming from a previous gym, I had more one on one time in this one. Along with the classes and gym itself, the staff and trainers are very respectful to others. I learned more in one month here than I did in my old gym. Additionally, it took one class and Coach Tafari immediately addressed my flaws and bad habits in boxing and taught me how to fix it. He motivated me through each class I attended and taught me so much more along the way. If you are someone that wants to push your limits then this is the place to be. His mission is to motivate you and be the best you can be. I really enjoy this gym and recommend it to anyone that is enthusiastic in the sport of boxing or just looking to get some high intensity workouts in.

Tafari is a superb coach and the classes are fantastic. The workouts are varied, intense, and fun. The gym has everything you need for both boxing and circuit training. I am learning a tremendous amount about boxing and I highly recommend Savage Boxing!
