This Doctors office shows A+ customer service on every visit and over the phone. I am happy, I found this medical facility to join. From the office staff to the Doctors, it’s alway a pleasant experience. Shoutout to Sandy Ha for being so caring today 9/1 on our over the teleconference.

(December 12, 2022, 5:15 pm)I needed a local practice for my annual check up (tired of treking into NYC). My experience was the opposite of some of the others here. I was seen by a nurse in intake immediately, and by Dr. Laurant right after. Everyone was extremely professional. I expect to be returning for all my local medical needs.

Dr Laurant is my MD and it’s always possible to see her - they have an urgent same day appointments which I’ve needed to use more than once. Dr Laurant is kind, caring and up to date. I always feel they treat me with respect. I never feel my time is not valuable or am kept waiting for long periods. I’m very glad I found this office. They do a great job.
