(February 22, 2023, 2:44 am)Amazing doctor, caring and compassionate. Therapy sessions are meaningful and he allows you to speak as it allows you to really understand and hear yourself. It’s not just about medications which is important for self recognition and being accountable.

(October 13, 2022, 12:13 pm)This is my first time seeing a psychiatrist and I was expecting to be in and out from what I know about other people’s experience. That was not the case at all. Every other week I sit with him for a 45 minute session where he really delves into my issues, both past and present, and really makes me think about the reasons why. He pushes me to get uncomfortable and have self awareness of my faults, but also how to focus on what to do to start to change those things about myself. I could not recommend him enough and consider myself lucky to have found such a wonderful practice on the first try. The gentleman behind the counter also has an awesome labradoodle who I adore and he is more than happy to let him out to visit with you while you are waiting if you so choose.
