  Absolutely the best and trustworthy!
  He helped me when I was totally in a fix. Had a wedding to attend next day and he altered two of my heavy work Indian dresses to perfection.
  He was meticulous and made sure I am happy with the fitting before he completed the job.

  I recently had a wonderful experience at Sankar Tailor Shop in Wayne, New Jersey, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I brought my daughter's third birthday princess dress to the shop because it was too big from the top, and I was immediately impressed by the service I received.

  I'm thrilled to have found this very professional tailor! I heard that you should purchase jeans for fit and expect that you may need to have them hemmed. More easily said than done...or so I thought. I went to his shop yesterday planning to have to return in a week to pick them up. Instead, he told me that he would take care of it right away. I understood that he respected my time more than his - that's customer service. I was so pleased!

  i had an extremely complicated beaded AND sequined dress for prom and was turned away by at least 4-5 tailors. i went to jamal and he immediately said he would see what he could do. as it was covered completely in sequins everything had to be done by hand but he graciously agreed. he was extremely friendly and kind, and hemmed the dress perfectly. he listened to all my asks and was just helpful all around. highly recommend!

  Jamal is the best and most professional tailor I’ve ever worked with! This guy went out of his way just to make sure I’m good for my brothers wedding!! He even stayed after hours just to make sure he gets me done!! I highly recommend Sankar tailor to anyone with out hesitation!! The Best in the business!!
