  We often come here as a family, it's a wonderful recreation area.

  The playground has two sets (one for 2-5 yrs and 5-12yrs) and several little interactive sections along edges. Fully fenced in with benches and a trash can inside. There aren't swings, but there was plenty for us to explore. There is a sunshelter right next playground which would be nice to take a break and have a snack in the heat, however there is no picnic table or chairs so you would need a blanket or something to sit on if desired. There are two porta potties at the entrance (didn't use but they were being cleaned when we left the park). There is also a nice paved walkway around the whole area. We really enjoyed the park today and look forward to visiting again.

  Nice hiking trails with a good view of greenwood lake. I was there when the mountain laurel was in bloom
