  Outstanding customer service! I called Sampson Electric on Wednesday and Kevin (the owner) and Mike were able to assess my project on Friday. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Kevin and Mike took the time to understand my needs. My project was two part. It included trenching and electrical work. Sampson offers both services.
  
  I received the estimate on the same day of their visit. Sampson’s electrical portion of the estimate was extremely competitive. They were within the same range as the other electrical companies I sourced and I’m sure they would have provided the same level of expertise. It came down to the trenching. I was able to find a trenching company that gave me better pricing so I had to use another electrician.
  
  Although I did not select Sampson for my project, I think it’s still worth writing this positive review because I experienced top notch customer service from both Kevin and Mike, and if I have a need for future electrical work, I will call Sampson Electric to get a competitive bid.

  I am an independent contractor that needed some minor electrical repair & an additional circuit run. I called Kevin. Not only did he answer the phone, but he was able to get guy out the next day. Sampson Electric was able to keep my renovation on schedule. I would definitely recommend Sampson Electric and I will be using them again in the future

  We first used Sampson Electric 7 years ago when we moved into our house and needed electrical work done to put in central AC, and they have been who we have called ever since. They have replaced ceiling fans, the vent/light in the bathroom, and worked on the electrical panel for us.
  They are responsive, efficient, and provide an excellent level of service.
  I cannot recommend Sampson Electric enough.

  Our problem developed during a holiday weekend. Nonetheless, I was able to reach Sampson and explain what had happened. In turn, they arranged a visit the next day. The entire experience was great. The workmen were extremely nice, neat and very competent. All communications were timely. I recommend Sampson unreservedly.

  Would highly recommend this company for all of your electrical needs. Everything was great from the start. Kevin took the time to explain how the job would be performed when he came to give me an estimate. Estimate was affordable. Kevin was able to get me on the schedule quickly. His worker's were very good. They were polite, professional, and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that they did not leave a mess. I will be using them again and will recommend to my family and friends if they may need any electrical work.
