  We had the best time there for a Sunday lunch. The staff was very polite, helpful and intelligent. The food was top shelf at a reasonable price. We will definitely be stopping there to eat often. ORDER THE FRENCH UNION SOUP you'll be glad you did.

  Really like this restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and friendly... the food was very tasty and well presented. One "small" complaint.. The philly cheese steak I had was made for gnomes. It was delicious but tiny. A restaurant can get away with small plates and servings with gourmet food but anyone who orders a sub like a philly steak and cheese expects a real sub.. Not the tiny thing they served me. The narrow plate plate it came on doesn't hide the small portion size.. I was left feeling completely unsatisfied which is a shame as the Philly tasted great...what little I had of it. . The eggplant rolotini was excellent and good sized portions.
  We will definitely be back but with expectations of small servings. Would have loved to give this place a 5 stars but theres no excuse for skimping on a cheese steak at the price point its sold for here.
  As a ps ...the drinks rock... no skimping there on alcohol like most bars.

  Sammy’s has a pretty good selection of pub foods and a great selection of pasta dinners and they a very generous with their portions. A little on the pricey side. We had the French onion soup, meatball grinder, club sandwich & chicken piccata. All were good. Pasta wasn’t quite done yet, but it was early in the day still. Would go back.
