  In response to Marianna B.'s criticism, here are the facts. She asked for a sponsor letter to be a Godmother. When asked if she was a registered parishioner she said yes. Then she was asked for her envelope number at which point she said she did not have it so we looked her up by name. She was not registered here. She then admitted she no longer lived here she lived in Mahopac and came here only for Christmas, therefore admitting she does not come to this church and Father would not know who she is. A priest can not give someone a sponsor letter if he does not know that this person attends Mass regularly and is a practicing Catholic. Unfortunately, a priest can not always give people what they want. He has to do what is right in the eyes of God.

  I love this parish! The people are friendly and welcoming. The church is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We are very fortunate to always have priests that work tirelessly for the community, are great leaders, great role models, and truly care about the people.

  This is a very good Catholic School. The teachers engage with the children classrooms around 26 to 30 kids. They seem to give a lot of homework. But I don't mind because tuition is not cheap.
