The passion that the instructor has helps my daughter to be great! Shamar is AMAZING I admire his patience and interaction with all kids. I am glad I choose Safesplash! The manager and staff is also friendly and interacts great with kids! You feel a sense of belonging especially when they know your child’s name.

For my entire life I’ve had it in the back of my mind to eventually learn how to swim. 35 years later is when I finally took the dive to learn. When I arrived to the Safe Splash in Cedar Grove, I was immediately greeted and attended by a young lady at the front desk who was warm, and provided clear instructions on what I could expect from my first time being there.

The establishment was clean, organized and very comfortable. Upon entering the pool room you see different people of all ages and of all skill levels either learning the basics, or the advance stuff too.

I had the privilege of having Lateef as my instructor and this guy embodies what it means to provide a great experience for people. He introduced himself, was warm, gave his background and was able to knock 35 years of uneasiness out of me. He provided words of encouragement, motivation and most importantly made me feel safe throughout the entire process. On my first day I was confident enough to swim on my own from one end of the pool close to the middle of it.

There are people who leave you with the feeling that they love what they do , and Lateef inspired me to not just want to go back again, but to really learn how to become an avid swimmer.

After a rocky start to my son's swim lessons, lack of consistent instructor each week, I was quite frustrated with the program and my toddler no longer had interest in learning to swim (a big change after his excitement the first couple of weeks)! I voiced my complaints and Lateef was able to come to the rescue and find us a class that was a good fit for my son, one where he was personally the instructor. Wow has this made a world of difference! Every week when we are getting ready for swim class, the first question my son asks is whether Mr. Lateef is going to be there to help him. He is excited about his swim lessons again! In just a few short weeks, my son has learned to trust Lateef and his instruction and has made a great deal of progress! My son goes to class with a huge smile on his face that somehow just gets bigger throughout his lesson! I attribute this all to Lateef and his passion for teaching! In addition to this, I find the front desk staff to be very helpful and friendly and the facilities to be well organized and clean.
