They not only helped me with finding the best option for me, but when I ran into a problem with the lock cylinder during the process of trying to install it myself, they were very understanding of my situation and looked into it for me.. AND they fixed it, and even replace the parts that I would've had to replace myself!!

(October 8, 2021, 10:52 am)Had issues with my lock. Called various places and was told that the lock had to be replaced given prices from (ballpark) $450 to $200. Last ditch effort was Safehouse and they simply advised to lubricate the key hole and it now works like a charm! Although I have not directly received their service, i can attest to the fact that this is an honest business. Not money hungry like others. Definitely recommend.

(November 17, 2019, 8:50 pm)i was locked out of my office on a sunday night. jonathan was the only available locksmith and replaced a stuck lock for a new lock and 2 keys. the process took less than an hour and he tried various methods before completely taking out the old lock. very satisfied and will call again
