  I hired Brian with S&B Construction to renovate two bathrooms and replace an exterior door and frame (he also helped to fix some issues in my garage and attic).  Overall, Brian did an amazing job and I am very happy with the bathrooms and the door.  Here's just some of the advantages to hiring Brian to work on your home:
  
  - Brian can do it all - electrical, plumbing, you name it.
  - For my job, he did nearly all the work himself, no subcontracting.  When he did bring someone else in to help every so often, that person also did a great job.
  - In almost any reno, you stumble on unforeseen surprises behind walls and under floors and in ceilings.  Brian is a great problem solver - for each small hiccup we encountered he explained to me the problem and offered various solutions.
  - Great memory - he followed up on everything we discussed from layout to tiles to grout to faucets
  - Keeps you informed of everything he is doing - clearly explains what he is going to do that day and, at the end of the day, what he has done.
  - Great attention to detail
  - Easy to communicate with - call or text, he responds very quickly.
  - Trustworthy - I had no problem trusting him in my house alone when I had to run errands, etc.
  
  If you need to hire someone for a renovation or even just a small job/repairs around the house, I highly recommend Brian at S & B Construction. I would hire him again for future home projects.

  Brian with S&B is absolutely wonderful! We hired them to fix a botched job another contractor started to finish my basement. Brian demoed out all of the old contractors work and refinished the entire basement, along with adding an electric fireplace and full bathroom. He did an incredible job and was extremely affordable. After he was finished the basement we had him remodel our kitchen. It was a big job that required moving the gas lines, tearing down a wall and closing up a window, adding electrical. I cannot say enough good things about Brian and the quality of his work. I have already recommended him to many people. Thank you for making our home beautiful, Brian!

  We used S&B to remodel our master bath. We couldn't be happier! Brian executed the plan we had beautifully, and he creatively solved any problems that revealed themselves during construction. He is detail-oriented and really went above and beyond for us. We would not hesitate to use S &B again!

  Brian was great to work with for some tile work in my kitchen. He came out quickly after calling and got an estimate to me same day. The work was scheduled within a week and the quality or craftsmanship was outstanding. He was able to clarify any concerns I had before the work started. I highly recommend Brian to anyone in need of home renovation or construction services.

  I have been using S&B for about 8 years now on all sorts of projects throughout my house. I have renovated my entire house one room at a time. Brian has been great to work with, always concearned that we are following the budget as well as finishing every project on a timely manner.
