Ryan Family Farm LLC

I visited the Ryan Family Farm for their 100th anniversary celebration and Family Fun Day. My wife knows a couple members personally and they're very kind. They offer their Route 82 barn as an event venue, which is a "modernly rustic" building, complete with AC, available bathrooms on both floors, and a quieter lounge downstairs. They had the soft ice cream truck vendor Twisted Sisters Soft Serve on hand for the hot day. They offered free drinks for visitors and food for purchase. We petted goats, said hello to cows, and visited with the "My Hope's in You" Small Animal Rescue (which have adorable and HUGE hares).

5/6/23 My husband and I had such a beautiful day as well as the best time of our lives. Ryan Family Farm was the very first venue we went to look at and we immediately fell in love. Not only was it a warm feeling inside, but the place is beautiful and versatile for whatever you need. I love the barn look but I also wanted a woodland themed wedding and we made it happen (SO beautiful). From November to May you think I would have been extremely stressed but this venue allowed great communication along with a great staff to assist our every need when we needed it. Celine was amazing. From the start of planning to the day off, that woman made the transition as smooth and stress free as possible. She had tide sticks and tape when you needed it, and overall kept everyone and everything in perfect order. The food was amazing. Huge shout out to Thom Rose and his crew. Guest are still talking about how amazing the short rib was. And another shout to our DJ Party out loud for getting everyone on that dance floor. Our guests continue to tell us they had such an amazing time. I wish I could live the day over and over again! 10/10 recommend ryan family farm. We cried (happy tears), laughed, and danced the entire night away.

We just had our wedding take place on 11/12/22 at Ryan Family Farm. It was the epitome of romance and the perfect place for us to gather our 70 guests. The barn is so incredibly beautiful in and of itself, needing little to no additional decor. It's warm, welcoming, spacious and full of charm. It is the ideal place if you're looking for a barn wedding. The grounds are huge so there are plenty of places for photos to be taken, the farmhouse on the property is absolutely charming (and the history behind it is fascinating) and the perfect place for my bridal party to get ready. Celine and Tom and the entire staff took such good care of us every step of the way. They made us feel like family. We got rave reviews at our wedding and will most definitely be using the barn for future events. Missing it already.....wonderful venue and I highly recommend it!

My (now) wife and I were extremely lucky to book the Ryan Family Farm for our wedding earlier this year. It was the perfect venue for us to have an intimate ceremony and throw an excellent party for the 70 most important people in our lives. I'd give them six stars if I could. Tom and Celine are very accommodating and experienced professionals to help you with a variety of events, not just weddings. They were a pleasure to work with and showed up from morning setup to the post-part breakdown at the end of the night with endless energy to make our wedding day go smoothly, and that doesn't even factor in all the excellent advice they gave us in the months leading up to our wedding.
Their venue is singular in its charm and offers a lot of space to make your day your own way. There is plenty of flexibility in how to setup and entertain your guests.

Located nearby Poughkeepsie, i found this beautiful place sorrounded by trees and hills, cristal clear creek and remodeled old traditional buildings (over a100 years old) that are rented for short stays or special family events such as weddings and other gatherings.
An Air B&B with 4 rooms with queen beds can host up 12 persons.
The farm has a nice lake, a BBQ pavilion, beach volley ball area and other facilities with giant slides for great family or bussines recreational time.
