The community is supportive and inclusive no matter if you have been a part of it for 10 years or 1 week. No matter your fitness level you can find a home at RXFit.

I find the classes addicting every day, with such a supportive community at the RX FIT gym family led by Mike. Now in his brand new space offering innovative recovery and nutrition options as well. I have been an avid and life-long participant in team and individual sports, but have not belonged to a gym in decades and have not been motivated to work out alone. RX Fit has changed all of that for me. It is a welcoming and supportive community filled with great people and an inspiring leader. Group classes are tailored to individual needs and goals, everyone is supportive of one another, and Mike’s program is outstanding.

He works with everyone individually and spends time with you. He creates amazing classes that he then modifies for each student whether they are at a beginner or advanced level. So whether you are just starting out or have been doing X-fit this is the place to be. It’s name is telling- RX-FIT- PS it is extremely clean!!

(May 16, 2023, 8:50 pm)I've been taking classes with Coach Mike for six or more years by now and have always been incredibly impressed by how challenging and varied his programming is. However, it's also wonderful to see how much thought he puts into planning classes that can be scaled or otherwise customized for newcomers, people rejoining after time away from the gym, or for days when you're still not feeling quite ready to dive into his scheduled program because you're still feeling whupped from a prior workout. And, now that he has set up his own, spectacular gym, that just makes things all the better. The new space not only is large, comfortable, and well-stocked with all types of equipment, it also allows him to broaden his approach into overall wellness, with an increased focus on diet and recovery sessions. If you haven't already tried out RX Fit, you owe it to yourself to give it a try!
