  For my first experience I have to give this Sea-Doo dealership props! I wish I went to them first. For two seasons I have had issues with my 2013 RXT 260 having surging issues. I took it to a competitor dealership (that is close to home) and they never solved the issue in 2022 or 2023. After spending $1,400 with no resolution I decided to take it to Rusty Palmer. Best decision since purchasing my Sea-Doo. These professionals are problem solvers. They have worked on countless machines and know what they are talking about.
  
  When I called to learn more on what they could do for me, I spoke with Kaitlin (spelling?) and she could not be more transparent and professional. We spoke for a good 15 minutes and never once did I feel she wanted to get me off the phone. She passed my concern/information off to Service Manager, Jason. He gave me a call back within 30 minutes and I brought my RXT down the same day. The following day he called me and said the intercooler needed to be replaced as the risk of water getting into my engine was increasing. They had one in-stock and they completed it the same day as they said, and I picked it up. Took it to Lake Wallenpaupack Friday and Harveys Lake on Saturday with no issues! Finally got my ski back.
  
  I can't speak highly enough for the service team for my first experience. Jason, is very knowledgeable, he will listen and do what is best for the issue at hand. Including asking a technician if he is not sure of the answer. I've called Jason multiple times since with random questions and he has been professional and kind.
  
  I will continue to drive 1.5 hours (one way) to make this my new dealership. I look forward to doing business in the future!

  Ron is the best salesman, purchased a pioneer 700 for him a few years ago and recently a scarab boat

  Bought a Honda rancher atv, from Rusty Plamer. It was a seamless transaction, Ron was my salesman and he was really pleasant to deal with. Heidi was my financial advisor and she was wonderful as well. I didn’t catch the name of a older gentleman at the register who sold me a cover for the atv he was so so nice as well. All in all a great experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking into purchasing a power sports vehicle!

  Great service and impressive selection in their showroom. I needed an urgent rear bike tire replacement and these guys were able to accommodate me and help on the fly. Thanks again to the service crew at Rusty!
