I have lived here since 2011 and when I move it’s gonna be out of state. The office and the maintenance crew ranked number one. There is nothing to maintenance crew wouldn’t do to help you and they are on the bar if you have a problem they are there. People complaining about the price and everything I guess they haven’t checked all over when you pull in the driveway you see all the landscaping done during the summer they know like twice a week if it needs it. Not one person that has pulled in to come to my home has not had something nice to say about the way these apartments are kept up. They are constantly when somebody moves out trying to redo the apartments, I live in a town home and couldn’t ask for a nicer better place to live!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I had a wonderful experience at Rustic Village! The front office and maintenance workers are so helpful and attentive. The landscaping is beautiful and the apartments are nice. The apartments are a little on the smaller side and the kitchen is limited, but it suited my needs and I enjoyed my time there. Overall I would definitely recommend Rustic Village.
Considering I didn't want to move here to begin with, I truly cannot say enough good things about this place! We've been here 9 years now and the only way I plan on moving out is when we retire & moved out of state. Maintainance staff lives on site, so they're here within a very short about it times to take care of any problems. They really care about their residents.
