The manager Kevin went out of the way and actually took time to explain the benefits of the detailing products and how to use them.
It’s conveniently located and I haven’t had to wait in long lines (always a win).
They are very responsive- A week ago one of the vacuums had low suction and within minutes of mentioning it a staff member took care of it -

(April 26, 2023, 1:09 pm)I have a membership to wash my car that is used often. Today’s experience was the best I’ve had in a long time thanks to Julio and Carl. These two guys are out in the detail area. Carl was checking and cleaning the vacuum hoses and was very pleasant. Julio was also helpful and put the supplies that used back to their place. Good customer service is the key to this business and those two exemplify that!!

(April 20, 2023, 1:04 pm)I love this car wash. All of the employees are very polite and helpful. I do wish there unlimited membership was a little bit cheaper but I understand why it is the price it is, they have a lot to offer and I definitely recommend this place.

(August 28, 2022, 1:11 pm)Very efficient service here. They are very organized to make your visit speedy and complete. Many options too choose from which is an advantage to your personal liking. Great positive attitude from the staff. The guitar attached to the pressure washer was hilarious.
