I’ve used them for at least 5 projects and every time I’m beyond satisfied. They are QUICK, communicative & just as detail oriented as I am when I print my own work. Cannot recommend enough.

(August 1, 2023, 4:53 pm)I ordered an Offspring-themed tank top for an upcoming Offspring show in Phoenix, AZ. It was put into production and then shipped. After it didn't arrive for two days past the due date, I checked the shipment status and noticed it arrived at the local post office (literally a 5 min walk from my front door), but was then "disposed of" (destroyed) due to "insufficient address information". It turns out that somehow my unit number never made it to the order, and I didn't catch it until the package didn't arrive as expected.
However, RushOrderTees stepped up with amazing customer service and is sending me out a new one at no extra charge. While it won't make it in time for the show, I'm very happy I at least will end up getting what I paid for (even if the address issue was my fault). -

The sweatshirt I ordered had the logo slightly toward the middle when it should have been on the left chest. I reached out to Rush Order Tees and they made it right with no extra charge. Their customer service and quality of work is excellent and I will no doubt be using them again in the future.

(March 28, 2023, 8:49 am)Rush Order Tees is great! I received my custom shirt and unfortunately it came with a stain on it (white shirt). I reached out immediately to them and they started a re-print right away for me! Great Customer Service and great quality shirt!
