  I have been taking Amy’s classes since she began offering them.Amy is by far the best yoga teacher I have had. She goes out of her way to give attention to each student to ensure poses are being done safely and effectively, which makes for a great experience every class! Her classes are energetic and fun, and every time I leave with something new to bring to my practice.

  Amy is a wonderful yoga instructor. I never thought yoga was something I could do, but Amy has proven that’s not true. She takes the time to make sure you’re doing it correctly, and has a fantastic way of encouraging you to push beyond what you thought were your limits. My sessions with Amy are always a highlight of my week.

  Amy is amazing. She is teaches a very comprehensive program which incorporates all aspects of who you are. She clearly is knowledgeable and teaches you about your body on many levels. I have taken yoga many times in my life and fine Amy's class really provided me with the opportunity to truly relax, enjoy and get in touch with my body and its potential. Thanks

  I've been working with Amy for a few months now. I've lost 30 pounds. My Blood Pressure is finally at a healthy rate. I'm sleeping so much better. My annual blood test results just came back PERFECT! I feel better and have more energy. Having people notice and comment is the best encouragement ever! Thank you Amy!!!!

  Amy is our yoga instructor at the childcare center I am director of. The littles LOVE her and always are so excited when we tell them it is yoga day. Amy is always so happy, kind, flexible and ready for anything! You can easily see her great big smile underneath her mask, too! She has truly made a wonderful addition to our enrichment programs and we are so happy she has joined us!
