    I bought a house with the help of Mr. Leroy. I was able to get my house by going in at a comfortable but aggressive asking price. I enjoyed working with him because I was never left in the dark about anything, he even helped with the house after closing. I’m not from DE so I appreciated his expertise.

    Had a great experience with Rush Home. Marcus is detailed and professional. If he can’t immediately answer your question , he will delegate to have a staff member promptly respond to your inquiry. My situation was a new construction scenario , and had a last minute settlement date change that the builder requested; I could not accommodate that -as anyone knows selling , buying a new home , scheduling time off of work to manage that and the moving can be stressful. So, Marcus made it happen , I got my original settlement date ,and I didn’t have to reschedule my entire life - I’m forever grateful for that.

    Marcus was incredible in my time of need. Selling my home wasn’t just a choice but a military move that required me to sell in order to buy at my next destination.
