They provide excellent customer service and exceptional support in your journey to find the right piece of jewelry for any occasion. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy with their purchases. I would highly recommend Rumanoff's to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique piece of jewelry.

I was treated the same as if I was making a large purchase. Couldn't be more happy with my experience. Will definitely be going back.

We were helped by Jonathan and he was exceptional in his patience and guiding us through trying to find the ring we were looking for.

(December 13, 2022, 3:44 pm)I came to Rumanoff’s three days ago for a jewelry repair after another jeweler had broken the pendant to my necklace and told me that there was no way for him to repair it. This necklace was a Christmas gift and I now had less than two weeks to figure out a way to get it fixed in time before leaving the state for the holidays. I came into Rumanoff’s and spoke with Sue, I told her what had happened and how little time I had to get my necklace repaired and she informed me that they were all booked up for jewelry repairs up until Christmas, but that she would speak to woman doing the repairs and try to fit me in. I got a call this afternoon (three days later!) saying that it was fixed and when I went to pick it up it was so much better than I could’ve expected. I cannot thank Sue and Rumanoff’s enough for their exceptional service and kindness this holiday season. I will definitely be returning in the future!
