  Would definitely go there again to buy a vehicle. I was impressed with how everyone worked together at the dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. If they have the vehicle you want, they are worth the drive. Thank you to Dominick, Frank, Todd, Will, and Joe.

  Thank you to everyone at Ruge's for making my experience positive! Kyle did a fantastic job of guiding me through my first new vehicle purchase, a Bronco Sport. He was responsive, straightforward (particularly with pricing - no games), knowledgeable, extremely patient and very friendly. I feel like I got a fair deal and learned a lot in the process. I live out of state, and Ruge's handled everything for me - no surprise fees or unexpected issues. As a matter of fact, we made a bit of a road trip out of the experience and Kyle pulled four chairs for family members up to his desk at one point! We included him in our celebration pics with the new car! The purchasing process did take many hours, so plan ahead for that.

  Great service! I bought my new F150 with absolutely no hassle. I was working with another dealer, but they were not bale to get the exact specs I wanted. I ended up finding it a Ruges and they matched the other dealers deals and I ended up walking out with my truck in under 3 hour total time spent... crazy! The staff was all really nice and very respectful and made an honest deal on my trade-in.

  This was our easiest car purchase, EVER. We were treated as if we were buying a $70,000 new truck not a $24,000 used truck. Kyle was super professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. Dominic was very helpful as well. Will, the business manager was very thorough and friendly too. It's because of Will that we purchased the extended warranty. We didn't feel pressured to do so, Will made it very clear that it was in our best interest to do so. We live over an hour away from Rhinebeck, it was well worth the trip. I would definitely make another vehicle purchase from Ruge Ford.

  My experience at Ruge's Ford was first-rate. Will promised to be fully communicative through the entire process, and he most certainly was- from our first conversation to the day I picked up my 2021 Mach 1. This is a truly special car, and it took a lot of genuine effort to make it happen. I could not be happier with the level of customer service exemplified by Will and the entire team, including Andrew in finance. I run a neighborhood retail store, so I make my living ensuring my customers receive the best service. Good recognizes good, so I encourage anyone considering a Ford product to contact Ruge's, talk to Will, and see for yourself!
