I am pleased to say my experience with my order was excellent. When I didn't receive a confirmation email, I contacted RugPadCorner by email and received both a copy of the confirmation email and a personal note from the owner informing me my rug pad would be shipped in 5-7 business days. Sure enough, my order was received as stated. I am very pleased with the ordering process and my rug pad. -

(February 14, 2018, 5:18 pm)I read a blogger review of the company and it sounded really positive, so I gave Rug Pad Corner a shot and I am so glad I did. I chose the Ultra Premium rug pad for 3 of my area rugs and followed the web site prompts for custom sizes. The site is very easy to navigate and order from, so I added the 3 pads to my cart and completed my order. I noticed a mistake I made in one size, so I called and spoke to Luis who was extremely helpful- he revised my order on the spot and resent me a new confirmation.
The pads arrived 6 days later and wow!! This is a very substantial rug pad and is everything as described on the site and more! I rushed to place each under my rugs and the difference is amazing! Also, no smell like my previous pads, so the natural aspects are a huge bonus in this house.
My only regret is that I didn't find Rug Pad Corner sooner and I lived with pads from another seller for a few years but after lifting them and seeing marks on my hardwood, I knew it was time to replace them. All that I read points to the fact that the new pads are totally safe for my floor, so I feel confident I made the right choice. I highly recommend Rug Pad Corner to anyone caring about the right protection for their rugs and floors! 5 Stars for these guys!!
