  We just completed our 22nd move, this time using RT Relocations and all I can say is Wow! We have moved locally as well as long distance and this was by far our best experience. From the packing of our house to the move itself the RT team was exceptional. Just want to mention the team: Suzanna and Gloria were the packers and the move team was Mateus (the son), Leandro, Freud, Fernando, Marcos, Mateus (the father) and Wylliam since they all contributed to this great experience. June who worked with us in estimating our needs was exceptional and made several recomendations that were smart and effective.
  
  Our property at both ends of the move was treated with respect and our furniture was handled with kid gloves. We would highly recommend RT Relocations if you are in need of moving services.

  RT movers were great, they were prompt, clean and quick in both packing-up my furniture and moving it to my home. The men were courteous and did several small changes for me without question. They asked were everything needed to go, and it all was placed exactly as I asked. I could not be happier. I highly recommend them for your move. Great job RT Relocation.

  I used RT Relocation for a rather complicated move.
  RT emptied my garage and bedroom furniture and took it to my son's home in Maine. They then emptied the rest of my home of 45 years, and placed everything in their storage facility in Cheshire.
  A year and a half later, my new home in Maine was finished, and the movers drove through a blizzard to deliver all my stored items to my new home on the scheduled day.
  Every person I dealt with at RT was professional and competent.
  The moving crew padded and wrapped all my furniture, wrapped and boxed my art work and made sure all my packed boxes were securely taped. They also wrapped up all my yard furniture.
  In each part of the move they lay padding down to keep the floors clean, and also covered wall corners to prevent damage.
  On arrival, everything was unwrapped and placed where I wanted it, and all wrapping and tape was taken away. Things like beds, which had been dismantled for moving, were all put back together.
  The moving crew members were all very good at what they do, organized and careful with my belongings. They also had senses of humor, which is always very important to me during stressful times like a move.
  I have heard horror stories from friends who have moved, and I was thoroughly impressed with RT and the jobs they did for me. I also felt that the price was very reasonable.
  I would heartily recommend RT Relocation to anyone who would like a competent company who will make their move as effortless as possible.

  When it came to working directly with the persons who were moving our things, I can’t recommend Alan, Carlos and Jesus enough. They communicated well, moved our things with care, were respectful of the apartment building policies, were polite to apartment staff and to us, took care to keep our apartment clean, and put our furniture back together, all within two hours.
  
  The hardest part of our move was scheduling with the company staff between this company and National Van Lines, as they work together. Aaron was great when initially scheduling our move, but the other persons who communicated with us about the status of the move did not communicate well. I was told the day before our move that the movers would not arrive by the contract date due to “mechanical issues” and was not given any more information though the person had promised to call and had said the driver was supposed to have already called me. Not helpful when you’ve already waited two weeks for your things to be delivered and had been told it would be delivered on the last day within the contract dates. When I called to check on the move, instead of a greeting, I was asked how I got the direct line phone number, even though this person had left me a voicemail with their direct line, which was weird. Wish we could have worked directly with Alan’s team the whole time.
