  Hands down, best Euro Shop period! Also the best customer service. Glad to add them to the family. Will never take my car anywhere else for repairs. The most thorough shop i have ever been to. Don't take your foreign car anywhere else. You'll be happy u didn't after your 1st visit with them. Thanks Carima and staff for an exceptional experience!

  This establishment is by far the best European auto repair in Somerset county. Perhaps New Jersey. Courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. A heater core replaced in my 2007 Saab 9-5 wagon.

  My boyfriend I have been bringing our Audi here for a couple of years now. If I could give them 10 stars…I would. Truthfully! The customer service is superior. From the text service they use to send you detailed quotes of your service so you can approve/decline with the push of a button. To the phone calls they make both during your service as well as after the service is complete. They are so thorough and great about letting you know exactly what needs to be done on your car. I feel like every time we bring it in for an oil change they give us an update on key things like brake pads + other services that may be on the horizon. They do impeccable work…we have never had a single issue post repair. And it’s pretty easy to get an appointment when you need one. At one point they didn’t let you wait there for repairs but that seems to be changing which is nice. Last week I took the car for an oil change and we ended up needing rear brakes. They were able to do it on spot and I was able to work in their conference room (free WiFi) and they were done within a couple of hours or so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not regret coming here + I guarantee after your first visit you will never look for another auto repair again! Love RSW! 🤍

  I have had performance work done on my 2021 S4 at every notable shop in northern New Jersey and have attempted to have work done at all of the rest. Some shops don’t even respond or follow through with an estimate. RSW is the polar opposite of those shops. From my first call to the final delivery, every single detail of the experience with these guys has been an absolute pleasure. The level of communication I received - especially during the installation - made me feel like they care about my car as much as I do. To add to all of this, the work was done with a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that made me feel very comfortable and secure. Keep it up, guys. You’re the best in the business.
