  Carlos is wonderful doing his job, my carpet was really nasty and I regret I didn't take a picture of the before cause the carpet was completely dark and had a moldy smell. I hope he stays in the company for a while cause he's the reason I called royalty carpet again (my experience with this company before it was terrible).

  I just had totality carpet install my carpet.
  They did a great job and I’m very pleased.
  They asked how I wanted the centered and measured to be sure it was centered properly.
  Very polite, quite and they cleaned up also.
  Nice job and I’m a happy customer!!

  I used Royalty Carpet on my badly stained hallway stair and my living room carpets.
  Carlos was on time, professional, explained the process and went to work.
  When he was done my 2 story hallway carpet they looked like new.
  All stains gone!! It had dirt and motor oil spilled on it. My living room light beige carpet was flawless.
  The owner who assessed my carpets was personable, professional and pricing fair.
  I would recommend Royalty Carpet Cleaning to anyone wanting the best cleaning for your carpets.

  I have been a customer for decades and the quality of their carpet cleaning service has always been excellent, including today’s carpet cleaning. Tristan is a top performer and consistently does an outstanding job in all respects. Office staff are always pleasant to talk to and follow up on the quality of the work performed. A family business that is courteous, reliable and professional.

  After using many area carpet cleaners (steam cleaner, chemical dri cleaning), we have found that ROYALTY CARPET CLEANERS are TOP NOTCH! The owner “Roy” came to the house to assess our wall-to-wall carpets beforehand that needed to be cleaned & assured us that ROYALTY could do the job…and THEY did!! Our technician, “Carlos” was very professional (used gloves, booties that went over his shoes) …and very meticulous to make sure he got out every stain that our labs had made. Thank you ROYALTY for your excellent service. I just want to add that customer service (whether I spoke to the owners sons or other staff) when I had questions before, during & after the cleaning were very kind & professional. Thanks again & we will certainly spread the word!!!😉
