  Dave turned up on time. Did exactly what we asked. had it done in less time than we thought and the carpets look fabulous. Dry enough to work on in under 2 hours. Thanks Dave. Great work. Will definitely use them again.

  Everyone here is great. My partner and I recently had our very difficult to clean, white wool rug cleaned here for the 2nd time, and once again, they've done a wonderful job. Customer service is top-notch, too. Consistent. We will continue to go here.

  Got my small throw rug cleaned here and they did a great job. Royal Rug Cleaning team was really nice and patient- explained so many things to me about carpets and rugs. The Royal Rug team is also very gracious. Be sure to call ahead to make sure they are there.

  They showed up, and they were very friendly. He clearly explained to me the cost structure and
  provided options. He did a thorough job in terms of cleaning and took extra care of the stained
  spots on the carpet. I am impressed with how much cleaner the carpet looks afterward. I will for
  sure use their service again in the future💥💥
