  My husband and I just bought a 2022 Kia Sorento from Royal Motors and couldn’t be happier. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The process was painless. We’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past so our experience here was so refreshing. We paid a fair price for a beautiful and well cared for vehicle. I would definitely do business here again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

  Great overall place to buy from!! Was quick and easy with paperwork. Didnt have any wacked out fees. I did like the fact that the subaru i bought along with all of the cars they sell stay inside a garage. Everyone was friendly and professional!!

  Purchased a 2011 bmw 328i coupe from them. They were very honest and upfront about the vehicle. They offer a 3 year warranty on their vehicles also. Salesmen and partners were fair. Great family own dealership. And they are willing to work with you.

  I waited a few weeks to share my experience because I wanted to give a genuine review. I had been looking for an SUV for weeks. Other places would advertise one price to get you in, then add on thousands of dollars of fees. Nothing was working out, and I was about to give up.
  I tweaked my search preferences on car gurus a bit and then came across Royals. I called and explained that I was coming there from out of state and needed exact numbers. The staff member gladly gave me the figures. It wasn't too far off of the advertised price. I sent over a picture of my ID and made an appointment.
  When I arrived the next day, the person I had talked to on the phone was off, but everyone else there was on the same page. They showed me the vehicle and gave me a brief history of it. I test drove it, decided to buy, handed over my check, and boom was out the door after a tiny amount of paperwork. Total time spent was 45 minutes or less. It took longer for my husband and I to drive there actually than the entire purchase process. It was the absolute easiest car purchase I've ever had. I didn't leave feeling weary about the sale either. I love my suv! 10 out of 10 recommend these guys.

  An Excellent Experience!!
  I bought a vehicle in December from Royal Motors, I must say I was grateful for the experience. Robert and Curtis were not your business focused only dealer workers. Robert was always honest, up front, courteous and worked with me as we walked through the sale. Curtis went with me on test drive, and in a sense, anointed the car for us-ask him about the story. Curtis was so helpful. There was one broken button, he ordered the part and was sure that it was repaired-BEFORE the pickup date. I have seen some negative review, but I must say I did not have a negative experience. I will absolutely consider purchasing from them again. The car is a 2011 but it looks brand new. Ive seen other reviews about the detailing....100% correct. They clean these cars inside and out. No smoke cars--I know the smell. Every car looks great and clean inside. Brand new tires, brakes. They want people coming back for other purchases. They were open to negotiating, its up to them however to adjust. They would not adjust the price for my sale. After research on the car, they really were still at the great deal rate. Thank you Robert and Curtis. If Royal Motors continue to keep their customer first, they will always be successful.
