  I have been living at Royal Cove apartments for a couple of years now and overall it has been a wonderful experience for me. Royal Cove is under new management and I have noticed the improvements.
  
  When I had questions about renewal of the lease, Ms. Sanchez was helpful and answered all of my questions at the office. Ms. Sanchez was very professional and polite during the inspection of my apartment to make sure everything followed the guidelines/regulations. Amy regularly cleans inside of my building unit and I have definitely noticed the difference. I also appreciate that Amy also makes sure the outside is free of any trash/litter. Lauren was very attentive when she helped me with the fog key and she established the grand opening for Royal Cove in the Summer of 2022.
  
  As for maintenance, Joe is very responsive to work orders and carefully inspects any issues. Joe and Will are responsible; they always gets the work order done immediately. Also in the winter time, the snow removal is fast. I am grateful for the service everyone provides.
  
  I recommend Royal Cove for anyone looking for apartments in Poughkeepsie, NY because the amenities are good.

  Leah Broughton was our leasing consultant when my family and I viewed an apartment at Royal Cove. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered most of our questions before we thought to ask them. She was very understanding about our 3 and 4 year old interrupting us every 5 minutes also. After the viewing we had questions about the application process and she was very quick to respond to calls and emails. We also felt like she was rooting for us and really wanted us to get the apartment as much as we wanted it. I can’t say enough nice things about her. Very professional but also a genuinely nice person. We had a very positive experience and it was because of her! Thanks again Leah!

  So I have lived here at Royal Cove apartments for almost 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I have never had a issue here that the maintenance crew did not fix for me in a appropriate time with courtesy and kindness!! Also the management team are outstanding!! I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a apartment. I have lived in many complexes here in Poughkeepsie and have found this one to be my favorite!!
